Service Delivery Policy

This Service Delivery Policy governs how social media management and related services are delivered by Brand Velox.

  1. Service Start Date

    Service commencement will occur on the agreed start date as specified in the order confirmation email or signed service agreement.

  2. Strategy & Schedule

    We will manage your social media accounts in accordance with the strategy, posting schedule, and scope of work agreed upon during the onboarding process.

  3. Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for providing all required content, brand guidelines, approvals, and access credentials in a timely manner to prevent service interruptions or delays.

  4. Liability for Delays

    We shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or incomplete delivery of services resulting from the client’s failure to provide necessary materials, approvals, or cooperation.

  5. Delivery of Work

    All deliverables will be provided via email, shared cloud storage, project management tools, or directly through the client’s social media accounts, as mutually agreed.
