Service Delivery Policy

This Service Delivery Policy governs how social media management services are provided to clients of Brand Velox.

  1. Service Start Date: Service commencement will occur on the agreed start date, as stated in the confirmation email or signed agreement.
  2. Strategy & Schedule: We will manage your social media accounts according to the strategy and schedule agreed upon during the onboarding process.
  3. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide all necessary content, brand guidelines, and access credentials promptly to avoid service delays.
  4. Liability for Delays: We are not liable for delays or incomplete work caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary materials or timely approvals.
  5. Delivery of Work: All deliverables will be provided through email, shared cloud folders, or directly on the client’s social media accounts as agreed.
